Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience today while returning a $6.00 broom which broke in half on my very first use. The woman behind the counter decided to braid me with the statement “I haven’t had any of these brooms returned this is the FIRST” Now all of the women behind the counter chimed in with the cashier. I felt like they were accusing me of lying about how the broom broke. Again this was a $6.00 broom. I spend hundreds of dollars in that store yearly. My wife and I shop there all the time. At least 4 times a month maybe more. But that is going to stop Went in there today to purchase a couple of items and then play my numbers and scratch off lottery tickets.
