To Shivon Talavera .... I’m sorry but I’m calling BS on the review you left. Across the entire internet Renata has HUNDREDS ... literally HUNDREDS of positive reviews, in fact the comment you left was the first negative statement made towards Renata. Its a shame that we live in a world where people stomp they’re feet when they don’t get their way. You signed up for a 6 month membership (which people RAVE about) you “signed” an agreement for the 6 month membership, a membership that would generally run upwards of $300 a month yet its only costing you $99 a month! Go sign up for a gym membership, a tanning membership, go sign up for car insurance or sign a lease with a landlord for an apartment, what happens when you break contract? In your own world it seems you can do what ever you want. Its also astonishing to me that from the almost thousand positive reviews we’ve seen online about Renata’s work and the results her clients get, you not only are angry at the fact that you owed her money based on your signed agreement but u also don’t like the results you got, AMAZING !!! Renata takes these reviews extremely serious, her entire support system knows how passionate, knowledgeable, understanding and caring she is, i believe this is why she didn’t even charge you the full amount you owed her, in fact she only charged you half. This is a small gift compared to the hundreds of free services and free product she’s given out to her clients and their friends and family. A liar? No way! Ask the other thousands of people she’s served! Renata keeps it real and honest always! I felt the need to not only defend Renata but to Compliment and congratulate her on the thousands of happy clients she’s worked on. Its not easy being a one woman show and i salute all the hard working business women out there!!...

I paid her hundreds of dollars to pretty much make my skin look worst. When I asked to cancel my membership early she went ahead without my authorization and took out money for an early cancellation. She had no understanding when I told her I recently lost my job or that the acne on my face is getting darker after doing the pico treatments. She actually lied and told me it looked better and it will eventually get lighter, even though I have before and after pictures that says otherwise. I wouldn’t advise anyone with a darker skin tone to let her do any kind of laser treatments or sign any contracts with her. She takes zero responsibility of the bad outcome of your skin and still expects you to pay her. I now have to spend more money with a dermatologist correcting...

I been going to Renata for my facials for a year and a half under the five lines skin care membership, and it's been a good experience from the start. Her welcoming personality, her professionalism, and the way she makes me feel comfortable during my facials, is the reason why i kept coming back to her. Being a dark skin girl I dealt with alot of problems with hyperpigmentation from years of sun damage. Renata amazing work with the pico treaments and derma peeling has really done justice for me with my complexion and made me feel more confident in myself. I thank you for your amazing services.
