I came to this salon a second time to do proaddiction. The first time, I had great results. I returned. The second time, it was awful. The owner of this salon, Ester, blamed the results of my botched proaddiction done by Kimberly because I’m “breastfeeding” - which has nothing to do with the hair on my head and that is outside my body. The truth was that Kimberly got lazy and missed certain areas with the iron and used thicker sections to flatten as opposed to super thin to cover the entire head surface area thoroughly.

The best I was offered is a hair mask. I’ll pass on your mask, no thanks. I came for a wash and go experience that should have been done correctly in the first place and if it hasn’t been done correctly, a second touch-up should have been offered to mend the issue.

I don’t appreciate being taken for a fool. Breastfeeding and hormones. The most bogus information.

AND, I initially booked ester for ester, and not her assistant. Free tip for you is to let your clients know they should expect someone else will do their hair.

Will never return. And will never recommend.

I’ve been going to Ester for almost 2 years and my hair has never looked better or healthier!! I have naturally wavy/frizzy/fine hair, and when I first came to her, it was over processed and dry. Ester was amazing and nursed my hair back to health!! Her eye for color is perfect; she knows how to highlight and shade my hair in a way that flatters my skin tone. I have dark hair and her product also lasts and doesn’t fade out at the roots after a week or two. She also does amazing Pro Addiction treatments, my hair is frizz free but not too flat. And she is my go-to gal for blowouts - my hair always looks pretty and if she curls it, they don’t fall out right away. I can’t say enough good things about her; she’s also got a great personality and I love being in her chair and talking...
