I LOVE LOFT so much!!! Most of the clothes are super cute and if I could afford it, I’d buy everything that catches my eye. Every time I come there, I never want to leave! Overall my in store experience with the sales reps are ok but there is an exception. Yesterday Tamar (not sure of spelling) was very helpful. I came to buy pants for an interview and she came through. Of course I have caviar taste on a Prosecco budget so when I mentioned I’m looking for sale/ clearance items, she found several clearance items including an awesome pair of ponte pants I ended up buying. Gotta love that. Plus, when initially greeting me, she remembered me from previously shopping there and offered her help right away. Went in to this store to have a good shopping experience and this is what was said to me : She takes one. Look at me, looks me up. And down it says, well, every pair of pants we have in it is for petite women. So I said to her with petite means short, and she was like, well, yeah, you're kinda right. So I think that was in poor taste, and she's a very bad salesperson. And for her to insinuate that a customer is too fat to shop in the store, because let's just be real, that's what she was trying to say that I was too fat to shop in the store isn't very poor taste . Annoying & unpleasant. Employees never greet me or offer help, including managers. Today was a joke; there was no one manning the fitting room, allowing entitled customers to leave their personal belongings in rooms. I went into an open room, and someone tried to barge in while I was changing. They were upset I was in “their room.” There’s no reason the fitting room should be unattended on a busy Saturday afternoon. Maybe choose a slower day to do a full floor set, not a chaotic weekend before Thanksgiving. And look up from your folding once in a while. Clothes are hit or miss, usually a...
