My family and I have used this parts store for years, never had an issue.

However, I had purchased a part that didn’t work, and since they had told me the brand of part that I wanted was obsolete, I just wanted to return it, as I didn’t need the part I purchased from them(I was able to source the brand of part I needed myself, which I told them was the reason for requesting a refund)

The older gentleman with glasses that works there apparently was very upset about this, as at first he outright refused to refund me, in a pretty nasty tone at that. I had explained that I was told by someone at the store that the part I wanted was obsolete, and he tried to argue with me about it.

While he was denying that they said it was obsolete, his co worker was looking it up, and the gentleman glanced at the screen..guess it was really obsolete because he demanded my card, refunded my money, and threw it back at me. No apology, wouldn’t even make eye contact.

I tried again explaining that if he had been able to get the parts in the first place, I would have gladly purchased them from his establishment. He grunted and said “yea, whatever” and disappeared into the back.

A shame because they have helped out many times over the years, and especially being there are so many box auto parts stores, they were a nice change from the norm.

If the gentleman I dealt with was the owner(no name tag/title) then I would be ashamed of the way I acted.I can understand being upset at not being able to get the part, but to react the way he did towards a customer whose spent money multiple times there is unacceptable.

Guess it’s time to take mine and my families...

Best spot to go to get anything, for any of your auto needs. Been going here for years. Prices are great, everyone is friendly, family owned business. It's also great to shop local and support small businesses in the area! Stop at One Stop Auto instead of big named corporations like Autozone with employees who could give a flying Eff. Can get all the same stuff for cheaper with nicer people. Who actually wanna help you. No...

Went into this store looking for a few things, left with one and will never be back. As I was looking at the air fresheners, spraying a few to test the sent and twisting the lid of a couple to smell them as well, the man behind the counter with glasses said in a rude tone “ you can’t just open them all”. I guess I can’t smell an air freshener before buying it 😂 hope this business finds a better way to talk to...
