Please BEWARE! I walked in one day as this location is close to my job because I was having issues with my phone. VICTOR "helped" me by telling me that my phone was basically shot and needed to upgrade anyway. I complied; It was time for a new phone anyway. The problem was not with the transaction but what happened afterwards. Victor told me that he was offering a me "FREE" tablet with my purchase (great, even though I have no need or interest)...what he NEGLECTED TO MENTION was that I was entering into a 2 year contract with a tablet that I'd be paying for monthly. Ultimately this would keep my bill down $20 HOWEVER there would be a $45 activation fee that he also, oops, forgot to tell me about. When I reached out to him and told him that he omitted this information and I had felt deceived he told he was actually doing me a favor. I told him that if he had been upfront with me and told me that entering into this contract was in my best interest and that there would be an activation fee I wouldn't have felt lied to. This nightmare continued when I reached out to ATT customer service TWICE and played phone tag with Victor 4 times in one month trying to return this unwanted tablet! He said he'd call me back and as you can probably guess nothing happened. I'm not a difficult person. I was in advertising sales for years and have completed many a transaction with integrity and honesty. Both of those aspects were missing from this interaction....
Read moreI have had several bad experiences with this store. I recently got two new iphones and changed one of my phone numbers in order to get the "buy 1 get 1 free" deal. The owner Victor told me there was a "99% chance" he would be able to refund the $60 in connect/upgrade fees that ATT charges. 1) When I called about the refund, I was repeatedly blown off with excuses and ATT told me that no attempt was made by the store to get the refund. 2) I found out 2 months after the purchase that the 2nd iPhone was not free since it was a 128GB model. Victor assured me it would be free. 3) Several years ago, a trade-in phone I gave to the store was not received by ATT and I was billed for it by. I made several attempts to correct this and was repeatedly told by Victor that he was taking care of it. Only after I contacted the Attorney General was it taken care of. She did some troubleshooting with my device and walked me through on how to fix the issue. Odelly did not hang up until my service was working again.
