I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your Elmont, New York location. I believe it is crucial for you to be aware of the incident that transpired during my visit to your store on Saturday.
Approximately three months ago, I purchased hair extensions from your store, specifically the Janet Collection in color number four. Pleased with my initial purchase, I returned Friday that just passes to buy the same product. However, upon reaching my beautician and opening the package, it became apparent that the color was different from what I had previously purchased.
Understanding that mistakes can occur, I promptly returned to your store to rectify the situation. I approached your staff and explained the discrepancy, expressing my desire to exchange the darker color for the correct one, as initially intended. To my surprise and disappointment, the manager adamantly refused to exchange or refund the product.
The situation escalated when the manager accused me of attempting to steal the product and went so far as to lock me inside the store. This unwarranted action led to the unnecessary involvement of law enforcement, with both parties providing their accounts to the police. This entire incident could have been easily resolved with a simple exchange, sparing both parties unnecessary trouble.
I am disheartened by the lack of customer service and the overall mishandling of this situation. As a result, I now harbor a negative perception of your store. I am compelled to share my experience with friends and discourage them from patronizing any Pops Beauty Supply Store.
I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur the reputation of your.
