It appears that the manager was having a bad day. I went to pick up a balloon order. The order was not behind the counter, as they usually would, and be two of the balloons were deflated.
I showed the gentleman that the balloons were deflated. He took them, mumbled something, and inflated them while I began feeling my bag with the remaining balloons.
I thought it weird when he just inflated them, thrust them to the side, and started another order without passing them, causing one balloon to fly towards a customer, who caught it. The other balloon floated above the air unit, which I called the manager's attention to pass to me.
On top of this, he made no attempts to put the balloons in my bag, which was a struggle.
A customer who just came online helped me where he did not.
This store was once Ryan's Discount, and my family and I used them to purchase balloons for years.
When Real Discount took over, about two years ago, the staff was very friendly. This is the first time I've encountered this manager, and I find he is a poor representation...

Really like what they did with the place, the new aisles have detailed signs just as a regular store and if you couldn't find something, like me, the man will tell you exactly where it is if they have it. We looked around all week in several stores, including Target, for basins for our mother. Found them in less than 5 minutes once we stepped in here, and they had several, in very good condition, this store was one of our last options but we should have just came here first.
