Our salesman, Justin, went above and beyond the call of duty to answer all my questions about the purchase of the Jacuzzi JXL - no matter what time of day I called. Although I was on the fence about getting a hot tub when I walked into his showroom, his knowledge about all the products was impressive and convinced me that I was heading in the right direction. He took my needs into consideration, and I trusted his opinion. He bent over backwards to make me happy with my decision, and worked hard to get me the best price in the area! In addition, the installation crew was excellent! It was a complicated job, involving multiple difficult challenges in getting the hot tub to where it needed to be placed. Beyond thrilled with our new hot tub!!! My expert with Hot Tub Factory was great and incredibly easy from start to finish. We are in Brooklyn but we were able to communicate everything by text. Zach was amazing with helping us pick a model, offered multiple financing/price options, sent pictures and details. He was very responsive and made the purchase process stress free and easy! Jeff Raisen was fantastic throughout the entire process. On both days that we came to visit the store (the first by myself, and the second with my wife), Jeff took all the time we needed in discussing the different type of models and options available to us, and he was candid in his opinions as to what we needed and didn’t ultimately need. Unfortunately, we once again ended up purchasing a larger spa than we had anticipated buying, and the ability to actually test out the Jacuzzi made the choice an easy one.
