SoBol Bethpage — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I definitely love Sobol and I definitely liked the services that I was given from the girls/staff who I previously interact with on my first time at this location when it opened originally. Being a Bethpage resident I was happy I didnt have 2 drive to Farmingdale, but this boy/guy who worked on 2/21/23 was rude even when my girlfriend greeted him he didn't even acknowledge as if he didnt want to service us nor did he ask what can he help with instead he proceeded to do paperwork smh. He seem very angry and just left a bad vibe for us. Sad bc we're definitely those ppl who have Sobol 2 times a week but I rather drive to Farmingdale from now on and spend my money where I have friendly customers service and bowls are made great.

This place is clean and the staff is always friendly. I have been ordering from here for a few months and I usually get a decent amount of acai. Not always to the top, but still a good amount where I do not think about it. The past two times I have been here this month there was a thin layer of acai and it was severely far from the top of the lid. I thought it was a fluke last time, but this time I was astonished. 13 dollars for a bowl that is not filled up feels like theft. Portions need to be regulated, when my 13 dollar regular bowl has the same amount of acai in it as a kids bowl (still 8 dollars) that is unacceptable.

I've been to many SoBols on the island due to my frequent client visits. There is always one that I never miss. That's the Bethpage location. I've had the pleasure on occasions to speak to the owner, Caroline, who I find delightful, energetic and welcomes me every time I go. The store itself is always top notch in cleanliness and you can always feel the welcome. In my opinion, not all bowls are the same.
