I had a terrible experience at this SoBol location. I ordered an spirulina bowl and specifically asked for it to be made a certain way. However, the server made a mistake with my order and then told me that correcting it would result in an upchargeāeven though it was his error. When I questioned this, he seemed unsure of how to handle the situation and had to call his manager.
The manager, Josette (or whatever her name was), got on the phone and was dismissive and rude. She clearly didnāt understand the situation and said it āwasnāt a big deal.ā When I asked for a refund, she rudely stated that it would be āhanded to meā instead of just resolving the issue professionally. At the end of the day, theyāre the ones who lost money because of their poor customer service.
I highly do not recommend this place. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and downright nasty. Now, if it was just the pure açaà puree then I would not be extremely upset with what I have been putting in my body for so long. You are fully aware that the açaà puree contains guarana, evaporated cane juice and citric acid in it. I have been feeding this caffeine loaded açaà to my baby niece also and therefore, I hope you invoke your heart in the answer you provide.
