I have been training virtually with Petros for around 6 months now. I have to say that choosing him to be my personal trainer was one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. These past few months, my body has changed in drastic ways and I am feeling the best I ever have in my life. I feel so much stronger and everyday things have become easier. I have successfully lost over 20 pounds and am still currently on my weight loss journey today. I have to say that I couldnāt have done it without Petros. He makes sure to give you challenging workouts that are tailored specifically to you and your needs. He honestly listens to your feedback after each workout and I respect him for going that extra step to ensure you are moving towards your own goals, whatever they may look like for you. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell that he knows what he is talking about and that he is passionate about his work. He is always willing to demonstrate and explain the exercises and the reasons why they would be beneficial for you, and that really helps to remind me that all of the hard work I am putting in will be worth it. He acts as if he is your biggest fan and it really helps you on this type of physical and mental journey. It is comforting to have someone who is a constant and who is always pushing you to become the best version of yourself. He is a charming and personable person who makes for good company while you workout. He has a great personality and so it makes your sessions with him that much more enjoyable, it is like you are talking with a friend while you crush a workout. Also focusing more on inches then weight loss. In the three months that Iāve been hard core with Peter (both virtual and in person) Iām finding that after each session Iām getting stronger.
