So when i first moved into the area i loved this store, but the continued customer service has made me never want to spend another dollar here! I usually do not write reviews but as i see the other reviews about how they treat some of their customers i have to agree that the customer service in this store is horrendous, maybe they don't like that they are located by a high school and that makes them mean and discriminate against certain people but sorry MOVE YOUR LOCATION THEN! I went in here a couple of months ago and they have a dunken next door so i went got my coffee and went into the shop to buy a card and a gift. While i was strolling my daughter was meeting me there and when she was coming towards me i hear a lady very rudely tell her that no drinks allowed and she had to exit the store (i had a drink in my hand & she is 15 not a toddler ) i turned to the women and told her i was just getting a card and she was my daughter and pointed out that i was in the store with a drink in my hand for the last 10 min. The lady was so rude didn't even give me a solution like we can hold ur drink on the counter or anything to make the situation better just a total rude person i was so besides myself in disbelief that i literally dropped everything i was going to buy and left ! So after i vowed not to come back my daughter needed a quick present for her friend she was on the phone with me going over necklace and bracelets for her friend, i asked her to look at necklaces after she was telling me about a bracelet she saw then i hear a lady very rude and nasty tell my daughter she cant walk with the bracelet she was about to purchase, i was on the phone hearing how this women was speaking to my daughter it was almost like accusing that she will be stealing it! Total disgusting she even took the item out of my daughters hand. I will never shop here and i hope all the moms in the area are aware how the kids are being treated here! There is absolutely nothing the owner can reply to my comment that will make this situation better or defend themselves because as i can see with the other comments this is an ongoing issue & i will never return to this establishment unless its under...

Just left this store, the customer right before me had a baby in a stroller. The cashier was extremely nice and helpful to her, asking if she needed help with the door on her way out. Yet for me it wasn't the same experience. I had my baby in a stroller too, not that I needed the help but this cashier never offered the help to me as she did with the previous customer. It was not busy and there were no other customers on the line. Skin color shouldn't matter. Every person is just as important as the other. One God, One life, One love. Let's all try to live the right way esp for our children.

I went into store after going to UPS next door. I was looking for birthday card for my client. I am a Caregiver who takes care of clients in their homes. I am also a African American Woman and as a Christian. When I got to counter, noticed a man who was standing behind counter not far from an employee who I was doing a transaction with. He looked as if I should not be in his store. I was not given right change. I will never go to this store again and I will let all people of color to not spend money at this store!
