Worst experience ever. First of all when my order arrived, I started a return immediately because it was big. The representative said that I would have to pay for the shipping to make a return. Then after I sent them the item, they did not even give me my full refund amount. I emailed them couple times but no one ever responded. I thought maybe its the shipping but when I purchased it was over a certain amount which made me qualify for free shipping. I don't know what they charged me for but they did not send me my full amount. I am never shopping...

Most disrespectful an unorganized company. Placed an order the item did not ship when it was supposed to. Contacted customer service what is toll it takes extra days even though overnight shipping was paid. Requested to speak with a supervisor with no callback, call back to speak with supervisor was then hung up on the representative.
