Even the day before Motherās Day, you would expect any business that youāre calling for the employees to be under a little bit of stress. I get that, I used to work in a high stress environment as a young person myself. And when youāre trying to work with someone you would think you would both would be as accommodating as possible to one another⦠especially over the phone. I spoke to some girl named āTā and could hear all the background noise and ask āCan you hear me?ā⦠right off the bat I just started to get an attitude from her for simply emphasising that I didnāt wish to keep repeating myself. I love ordering from this place because the lady who owns it is generally a sweet and kind person and always delivers the best flowers, but for some reason I had to deal with this girl. Immediately she gave me attitude (like I was interrupting her TikTok scroll) similar to a 15 year old working at the mall. She didnāt seem to care about helping me, but how much I inconvenienced her. Iām surprised she wasnāt chewing gum. Unfortunately in taking my delivery order Iād already given her my card info which I regret. When asking her to verify my information she quoted my card number erroneously. That made me nervous. Trust is a basic component of a service based business and that person did Sunny Park Florist no favors by attempting to damage the stores reputation. I plan on calling Miss Park to let her know about the customer service her employee was providing over the phone. Iām still willing to order from Sunny Park, but be wary of who you speak to on the phone there. Iāve given my order to her son a few times and he was very professional even for his age. Iāve even talked to other employees whose English isnāt perfect, but they always took the time to actually help me and I was never made to feel frustrated or at fault for giving her my delivery order. Iāll just have to roll dice and see if I incurred more charges than I planned...

I showed her exactly what I wanted ⦠she definitely delivered did a beautiful job š¤š. I am not really into flowers the person I was getting this for is I know she is going to love it because I definitely did. She works with another young lady who was helping other customers I wish I wouldāve got their names because they both did beautiful arrangements !!!! Thank you thank you thank youuuu !!! Btw the picture I took didnāt come out fully because I was in a hurry but trust me it is worth it definitely...
