Really Grade people working here

Other my food 1 hour before picking up I was late for picking up for about 1 1/2 hr When I came to pick up I was surprised that my food wasn't cold because they ask me to give them a minute and give me food hot like I just other. I was literally shocked by there grade service. Because it hopped to me before in different places where you can take your food and it cold already and now you on the road and need to eat them cold because it's no where to warm them up 10 at night and you on the road working. Thanks for this Grade people here.
