Really Grade people working here

Other my food 1 hour before picking up I was late for picking up for about 1 1/2 hr When I came to pick up I was surprised that my food wasn't cold because they ask me to give them a minute and give me food hot like I just other. I was literally shocked by there grade service. Because it hopped to me before in different places where you can take your food and it cold already and now you on the road and need to eat them cold because it's no where to warm them up 10 at night and you on the road working. Thanks for this Grade...

Wow! Excellent 1st time experience. 5 star rating based on time of delivery, order accuracy and completeness, quantity for price paid, food quality. Delivered within the expected time frame, and got everything I ordered including the extras I asked for. Food was excellent and satisfying. My kids enjoyed it and they don't really like Chinese food, but I begged them to try a new place. We had Chicken with Broccoli and Singapore Mei Fun (see pictures). They give it 5 stars also....

Just had twin newborns and driver never brings my food upstairs. Then leaves my food on the floor when there is a table in the foyer.

Edit: he comes up stairs if we don't leave a tip on the card. I ordered food, didn't tip because of my previous experience. He came upstairs and ask me for a tip which I thought was highly disrespectful. That was the last straw for me, I love taste of China but will be doing only pick...
