The Corner Store 260 — Local services in Town of Hempstead

Terrible place now, overcharged. 10 bucks for a soda and ice cream sandwich. I've been living here for over a decade now and it's always been a good place to pop in if you ever wanted a soda or some snacks, even event cards. The prices were always a bit higher than supermarkets but by like 50 -75 cents, understandable. Today I walked in to buy an M&Ms ice cream sandwich and a 2liter bottle of pepsi and it came out to 10 bucks. 5 dollars for a small ice cream sandwich not even the giant ones, and 5 for a 2 liter bottle of pepsi. Talk about getting robbed. I hope he doesn't charge the kids this much...

I had an item from ups ship to hear since I wasn’t able to pick it up from home, so when I arrive at the place the owner States that the ups package didn’t come. I went onto the phone with ups for 1 hour and they stated it was delivered to them and some by the name of “man” signed for my item. It was for my iPhone X. So don’t trust them to keep your stuff cause they’ll steal it from you, and even lie to your face even though you see the guilt...

Everything there is good quality, the snacks are always fresh, the prices are super reasonable and the people at the counter are always super nice!
