I moved to this area about a year ago and had been struggling to find a massage spa that not only catered to my specific needs but also felt trustworthy, especially after having major surgery last October. As someone who is 23, living with chronic pain and discomfort, I was initially hesitant to trust a spa with my care. Discovering Calmer U was an absolute blessing!

I called just an hour before my visit on a Sunday and was warmly greeted by Tony at the front desk upon my arrival. He listened attentively to my concerns and what I was hoping to achieve through massage therapy, offering genuine advice and recommendations.

From there, Susan took over and provided the most relaxing and thorough massage I’ve ever experienced. I’m so grateful to her for addressing my lower back and leg pain. After my surgery, it’s been tough finding relief, but she managed to help me so much. I was amazed that after my massage, I went home and slept like a baby in the middle of the day... (no regrets, haha)

This spa truly stands out for its cleanliness, professionalism, and diverse range of services. What impressed me even more was seeing so many other women like myself coming in for their appointments, which speaks to the respectability and high standards of this clinic.

If you're considering getting a massage here, look no further because this is the place!! The pricing is incredibly reasonable for the quality of service, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. After my massage, I spent about half an hour chatting with Tony, who is not only kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming but clearly well-respected by the entire staff. The positive energy and professionalism at Calmer U make it a top-tier experience. It feels like a luxurious spa, but with a homey atmosphere because everyone is so caring and genuine.

I give this place a 10/10 and will definitely be returning for all my future relaxation needs. Highly recommended to my entire family and to everyone reading this.

I was looking for a new place and this really wins me over. You could book appointments in person, by phone and on Facebook! They care about cleanliness and the owner is very passionate doing a great deal of treatments himself (acupuncture, cupping, & reiki)! They prefer cash, but they accept cards. They have points to earn services or upgrades and they also have package deals if you want to prepay for massages. They were very accommodating when I asked to switch my appointments a few times. There is parking which makes this place convenient. Definitely recommend this place. They give you a gift on your birthday!

Update: Due to Covid, they have implemented new air purifiers in every room which is great. They also utilize disposable sheets between clients. They also started implementing a stamp card in place of the point system for easier tracking of their free service. The owner had even informed me of his plans to implement membership plans to encourage people to take care of their own bodies. So if being healthy is one of your goals, this may be right up your alley! Did I rave about their detox foot massage? It is so revitalizing that I dont even have words for it. I wanted to rave about the Calmer U Holistic spa. I have found them by accident and now just can't say enough of good things. The spa space is very calming and clean. There's soothing spa music piped through to give your experience an extra comfort. Dr Tony is always eager and kindhearted to listed and provide his insight for treatments he has available. At this point I have been coming to Calmer U weekly, if not twice a week. Let me say that I tried their massages and facials. Both of these treatments are beyond great and better than any other spas I tried. Anna's massages are amazing. I like them firm and she is absolutely very accommodating to however you like or need to be treated. Summer is an absolute doll. Professional, attentive and kind. I had numerous services with her. She does amazing facials, which includes a magical facial massage. I, also, been doing holistic treatments here. That includes Piezo Wave, red light therapy and body/cellulite contour (which includes a sauna bed).
