Verizon cheated us! On August 2023 we walked into Oceanside Costco and we were stopped by Verizon staff at the kiosk. That lady staff convinced us to switch from another carrier to Verizon by offering iPhone 14, $250 Costco shop card and fios home internet. This “welcome” package was so attractive that I and my wife decided to do so. We accepted two iPhones with one phone number porting and another new phone number. However the staff messed it up and we had to spent hours and hours to get it rectified. Then, they didn’t give the fios. Then it took days to get our phone on service as the staff gave a temporary phone number which was unnecessary. The amount of time we spent and the stress we endured were huge. Then we waited for the two $250 shop cards. It never arrived! Each time we call Verizon, we narrate our story from beginning and after hours the staff will say everything is taken care! But it never. Finally we contacted Costco and they sent an escalation report. To this Verizon replied they don’t have any record of our purchase!!! Verizon did destroy our trust, cheated on us and gave enormous stress by days and days although these months. This is beyond all our imagination!!! With today I ended my phone calls for getting it done and now we end our service with Verizon.    Read moreI recently went in to get a new phone for my wife . I was greeted my all of the employees and Dan ended up helping me out and ordered the phone for me . A few days later , I went in to get the phone and saw Josh . My wife’s phone was shutting down non stop and made the data transfer nearly impossible . The store was closing and Josh said to come in the next day and he would get the job done .At 10:00 , I popped in and Josh continued where he left off . After hours and hours of the phone freezing up and shutting down , he kept his promise and got the job done . He could have easily shipped me off to Apple to do the data transfer , but he kept trying and trying and finally his hard work helped me out big time . I have to say , I think I’ve been helped by every single employee at that location , purchased numerous phones and always received top notch service . I highly recommend this Verizon store . Each and every employee is a pleasure to deal with . The owner is also a great guy . But I have to thank Josh tremendously for his hard work and determination . Happy wife =...
   Read moreI went here for a new iphone during Black Friday. I am so glad that I went here. The customer service is 1000%. Each employee made sure that their customers were comfortable and knew that someone will take care of them. We had a short wait but I expected worse for showing up at the end of Black Friday. We were helped by the lovely Niran who normally is at the Long Beach store. He made sure I knew all of my options for my phone upgrade. He gave me his expert opinions on screen protectors, cases, and what color to get in the iPhone XR. He was extremely helpful. While backing up my phone took a long time and I was there after they usually close - no employee seemed disgruntled or angry. They didn't rush me to just pay and leave. They helped and answered all questions that my husband and I had. Thank you guys for being awesome and helping me with my new phone and even a brief setup for the apple watch I bought!
