An angry and disturbed person in the community is harassing the Vienna Cookie Company online and posting negative reviews from multiple accounts.

These reviews are obviously fake, since there hadn't been a review in 15 weeks (all good) and then suddenly 5 bad reviews in 2 days and 3 within 2 hours one day.

The Vienna Cookie Company is predominately a specialty gift mail order cookie company with a small gift shop that ships all over the country not a retail bakery.

All of the products are freshly baked, sealed, refrigerated and delicious. They make wonderful gifts.

The Owner is a delightful woman who handles all of the walk-in customers personally who do visit the gift shop on occasion. Walk-in retail is a very very small aspect of this business which is handled by the owner directly, not by the baking staff.

The bakery has received the highest sanitary ratings from the NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets.

What a great place! Authentic recipes and baking perfection - absolutely love the cookies (each single one hand crafted!!), the Linzer Cookies and Vanilla Bites alone could get me trough any life challenge ... and the Sacher Torte is in a class of it's own. Besides the favorites, there are also always new treats to try: I've fallen for the 'Mohntorte', which - very popular in Austria for good reason - is a rare and exquisite find on this side of the ocean. If you're lucky and happen to be in the NY area, you may find Heidi, the owner and baker herself in local farmer's markets during the summer, but I've received my treats in the mail and they always come quickly and well protected, and taste deliciously fresh and just baked. The Vienna Cookie Company bakes up incredibly delicious treats. When I found out they were opening a retail branch near my Mom's home, I did the happy dance. I'd seen Vienna Cookie Company in Williams Sonoma and knew that meant their quality would be outstanding. The cookies lived up to expectations. They are beautiful. They are unique. They are varied. They are delicious! I purchased a variety of Linzer tarts and small cookies for Mothers Day. My mom and the few lucky people she shared with were wowed. I've been back twice.
