Excellent work by owner Senol Algan, a friendly, customer -oriented and very skilled tailor that far exceeded our expectations. While replacing 8 jacket buttons may seem trivial, this is an expensive & heavy Barbour wax jacket that will last a lifetime but needed replacement of buttons to be functional. Senol takes a lot of pride in his work and is very timely and inexpensive. It is very hard to find someone with the skill & competency of Senol and as a result, in the past we have ruled out having alterations done. I was very unhappy with my experience, I had a zipper replaced on my Coach purse. I was originally quoted $15 for a repair which was written on the receipt in very messy handwriting. When I went to pick up my purse they said the price was $25 pointing to the barely legible $ amount written on the receipt. I told them this was not the agreed price and tried to show where it looked like $15 written down, the owner began arguing with me and told me "that I was making this up to get a better price". Went to just get some measurements for my traditional garment so that an abroad tailor can start working on it for my wedding after party since I will travel there closer to my wedding date.
