Awesome place for kiddos of all ages! The staff were one of the highlights of the place they were all very sweet and kind to our kids! I know prices are still adjusting but $25 for 3 hours is an amazing price, 2 hours past by and it felt like 5 minutes because my husband and I were also playing around and running around with our kids. Kids ages 13, 4 and 2 all were able to play together and have a blast. Cafe inside is a great idea because when the kids get thirsty or need a boost in energy we stopped quickly there and back to playing they went. Great prices at the cafe as well, we had to send the pretzel back as it was rock hard. I recommend they fix that option as they said many people have had issues with the pretzel but nachos and juices were good. I hope in the future they consider adding in maybe a toddler hours option or separate smaller structures for young ones. I could see myself not wanting to come with my little ones if it was packed with older kids as the play structure is huge and they could easily get lost or thrown around in it. The fact they have sensory rooms, noise blocking headphones, pictures for nonverbal kiddos and their entire place lights can also dim is such a kind and inclusive features to make kids of all abilities feel welcome to play. Very cute concept can’t wait for membership options to post hope they include options for big families to get...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I can not possibly say WORSE things about Play Palace!!!!!! The front staff is inappropriate and lazy. The manager is a condescending uncaring rude arrogant dismissive jerk. The owner and I use the term loosely is even worse-lacking in empathy making excuses and compared her business to my children. Also-it is unsafe!!! My daughter fell through a netted climber about 5-7 feet as it is not staggered properly and causes a big gaping hole. Her leg was bruised scraped and sore. We found out that the same exact thing happened the week prior to our incident in the same spot of the play structure. Nothing was done. No apologies just dismissive and excusing saying the structure was fine. I wholeheartedly recommend against the notion of going here unless you want to support a business that does not care about kids or them being hurt. Behind all this disgusting experience that left my daughter scared and hurt is a woman who finally apologize when I asked her with tears in her eyes saying “forgive my emotions I poured my last penny into this place-it’s my baby!” Egregious and shameful to say the least. The price is high. The equipment is half broken despite being a new place and the craft area is missing pieces and dishelved. Don’t go unless you’re looking for disappointment and a...
Read moreThis place will not stay open for very long with a owner that argues with their paying customers. My daughter was one of the many kids that have falling straight through the cargo net and got hurt. When my daughter fell, the guy came running over with a medical bag. She got the wind knocked out of her. Today another little girl fell straight down and got a road rash on her leg and was bleeding. Instead of the owner saying omg so sorry, we should get that looked at so kids don't get hurt. Just turning the middle cargo net so it's not a straight line would resolve the issue. The owner instead was arguing with the paying customers. Yay, no thank you, I will take my money else where. Owners with nasty attitudes will not stay open long. She already rubbed people the wrong way when she argued with people on the price of the place. If you do decide to go, be careful of that one section, so your kid...
