Used to love this store, had an incident this week where the staff was insanely rude-and I was blocked from their IG! CUTE! As someone who works in customer service-you're better off elsewhere :) the owner also keeps hiding my review!!!
It won't let me reply to the UNTRUE response. Jaclyn, that is ABSURD. YOU never gave me the chance to even reply to your DM back to me-you instantly blocked me. I will post the instagram DM's if you would prefer. You can rewatch your cameras in the building-YOUR MOTHER never told me the policy. You are not customer service oriented and downright RUDE to your clients. Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman's, Chanel all offer returns-that's fine if that is your policy BUT I WAS NEVER TOLD THE POLICY, and my message to you was nothing short of kind-I was looking for an explanation or an apology for the miscommunication but you were nasty and blocked me. Don't worry-already telling all my friends in Huntington, CSH, & GC not to shop here. You can't bully me into looking dumb here. You did the wrong thing. I have worked in customer service since I was 15-I would NEVER be as rude as you were, let alone BLOCK a client.
Bottom line-you should be ashamed. You don’t talk rude to a client, you don’t block a client-you talk until you find a resolution or support their claim/whatever it may be. You were accusatory and argumentative from the jump. You could’ve EASILY resolved this, but now I will make it my personal mission to ensure anyone who knows this boutique knows...
