For my second appointment, a pedicure, I arrived exactly 13 minutes late. On the way to the salon, I received a notification on my phone that my card had already been charged. I thought, okay, I’ll be there in a minute anyway, so I was fine with that.

When I walked in, I apologized for being a little late. She didn’t even listen to me and immediately, with an attitude, said, ‘I have no time to service you right now.’ I responded, ‘I hope you’re joking?’ Since my card had already been charged, I asked if she could at least remove the gel I had on, even if she couldn’t perform the full service. She replied that she didn’t like my attitude and felt uncomfortable serving me.
