Five Below — Local services in Town of Irondequoit

This store's website says it's open at 9:30 a.m. I went in at about 9:40 a.m. There was another customer in there as well; she walked in at the same time I did. I picked up the stuff I wanted and headed to the checkout, only to hear someone shouting that the store wasn't open and she wasn't sure how the door came to be unlocked. (Perhaps she forgot to lock it?) The woman (clerk? cashier? manager?) was very rude, making it seem like it was OUR fault that we were in the store when all we did was walk through the OPEN door. It was about 9:45 a.m. at that point, and I didn't want to wait for the door to be unlocked (again), so I went to Target and bought my items there instead. Also, I didn't want to give this store my business after the rudeness I experienced there. Anyone can have a bad day, but to berate the customers for walking through an OPEN door is beyond insane. I saw in another review that the reviewer described the clerks at this particular store as "mean," and I have to agree that the worker I encountered today is not customer-service oriented.
