Worst Pizza Hut since that one they built in hell.

The conditions on which you should order from this Pizza Hut are as follows.

1. You don't want the order you entered in to your computer.
2. You are participating in some elaborate practical joke about simple orders beings screwed up.
3. You think the idea of a business that doesn't accept phone calls, so they can't correct their many many mistakes, is a great idea.
4. You have not had a headache in a while and miss the feeling of an ice pick being hammered into your brain.
5. You want to start a fight with your wife but don't have anything to fight about.

If you couldn't guess my attempt to have some food delivered from this abomination went a little sideways tonight. I will admit it wasn't a vanilla order, by that I mean I ordered online for my wife who was at home. Besides actually placing the pepperoni on the pizza that was the most complicated part but how it affects a driver going from point A to point B carrying food C, I dunno. But! Screw up our order they did. If the fact that I had to order for my wife at home doesn't tell you enough, she is crippling shy. So she would never tell a pizza guy they order was wrong, oh no. She just accepts it as fate and then lets me deal with it. Joy.

So I look up the number and call. Guy answers. I explain my problem but he tells me he is in a call center not the store, he will transfer me. Click. He hung up......I Call back, Round 2! Fight! I explain what just happened to I'm pretty sure the exact same guy that just hung up on me, he says hell transfer me to the store. He did transfer me.... to another call center. This time its a lady, she was even ok too. She tried to give me the store number, which was the number I called. She asked a manager about this and they tell her the store has shut off its phone.....

Too many customers complaining to you about your crappy service? Just turn off the phone! What a novel idea.

She offered me a corporate number, and I ask if they are going to bring me the correct order, she says they wont. I ask what they will do and she says they will take down my complaint.... How snazzy.

SO, now my options are just let it go. Or drive to the store to get the correction, COMPLETELY negating the reason I paid a $4 delivery charge and a $3 tip in the first place.

Not great - ordered a dinner box and was given the option to upgrade breadsticks to cheese sticks for an extra fee. I did but received breadsticks. Then they ask if you want to add special requests. I did and they did not honor them. So clearly they just make the meal the way they want without any regard for customer requests. Maybe they should remove options to customize and put in statement that says all food is prepared as is.

Then I selected curb side pickup. I got there and marked on the app that I was there. Waited several minutes and no one came out. I then called and they said they did not see me. When I explained that there were several vehicles in front of their store and I was behind them - the response was "are you sure you are here - I dont see you." Seriously? They assumed I was lying when I checked in and did not look outside- just waited for me to call and argue about why I was parked behind the other vehicles.

Will never order from Pizza Hut again. I called the number listed I placed my order. When I showed up to the store they told me my food was almost done and they charged me about $23. I told them my name and my number. So I didn't notice any issue. Then the guy behind the counter 10 or 15 minutes after I paid cash try to hand me the wrong order. I told him no. And I repeated my order. He says they do not have that order hear my name and my number does not match any order. So I asked him what did I just pay $23 for? And he just kept replying your name and your number doesn't match anything. And they never gave me a receipt. So after a half hour of arguing waiting for the police to show up. He finally refunded me part of the money I paid. And grudgingly said he'll take the hit and just get me out the door. How do you charge me money and hand me a different order and then tell me I can't get a refund for not accepting anything. And then act like I didn't even place an order after I...
