I'll never shop at this specific Marshals again! I always enjoy finding odds and ends every now and then. When I got up to the register I got asked if I wanted to join there rewards. I replied "Does it cost anything?" I got told no and thought it was just a normal rewards. They never gave me a document showing what the rewards was or even specified it was a credit card! The cashier told me "oh I thought you knew." The manager came over and gave me a 20% discount and apologized for the inconvenience. I usually enjoy going to this location. Things around here have changed though. Fitting room rep was very rude and she was yelling at customers. She spoke to her co-workers only in Spanish even when around customers. Only Spanish-speaking staff at this location, not very diverse. The inventory is very limited, there is not a lot to choose from. The quality and design of available products are more like what I would see at Ross. My mother just passed and I was looking for appropriate attire in my depressive state with my 34yo daughter and felt like I was followed around by at least 5 employees assuming I was a theif. I had no purse or backpack just my comforting north face jacket on. An older man and woman even followed me down the aisles picking up clothes off the floor.
