Islandia Shopping Center — Local services in Town of Islip

I visit Islandia Shopping Center primarily to shop at WalMart as I prefer this location over the Commack store. As you may know Walmart has a grocery store portion as well as the other departments that are found in most Walmart stores. As to the other shops that are located in Islandia Shopping Center, I do not frequent these stores very often. In fact there is an upscale Chinese restaurant at the other end of the shopping plaza from Walmart. It is buffet style and the food is very good. Also there is a fitness center which I have attended on two occasions and cannot remember its name. My recommendation would be to read other reviews to seek the information you desire. This was a entertaining experience. maybe I am spoiled by the LACK of trash or mold on the parking lots and all over the surrounding buildings near my home?? The area that consisted of Islandia shopping center was littered with trash in the parking lots, mold covering many of the building surfaces including Street signs and on the glass 🤔🤔. Many of the buildings looked sub standard compared to National standards with holes in the outer walls, exposed wiring, and broken or cracked glass. The interior of the stores is in MUCH BETTER shape compared to the exterior but I would not brag at all. The property manager needs to be ASHAMED of this area and apologize to...

It's a typical shopping center and parking lot. They have quite a few establishments there ranging from food to drink to alcohol to clothing and everyday shopping. The entrances and exits to the parking lot are not clearly marked and it's like a maze to get out of this place if you don't know the exact location. Parking lot is relatively well lit but at night time there are quite a few places that are so dark, you can't find your car or the exit of the parking lot. The security in the lot is nice to have but they really shouldn't be parking their car in the middle of the road for nothing or driving on the wrong side...
