Caught the water taxi from just west of this pavilion. At the end of the dock. Walked up and got the next taxi. This is a hub for going west or east to different towns so the come ever hour or so. Each town is a different price. So ask. We took our bikes which was $6 extra and worth every penny. Rides are from 12-30 each. Pay cash or use their app to pre pay. They slung the bikes front tire over the rail in the bow. The taxi is fast and holds about 20? Cool red...

Renovated, clean, bathrooms. The Long Island Ferries run on time and cleaned each time they return to home port Bayshore. Of note, all passengers required to wear mask however while waiting on line 6 of 10 people not wearing a mask under close social conditions and a group of 5 girls eating slushes and ice cream should be called out for poor social distancing and leaving garbage on steps....

Parking is a disaster here. Park at the train station and walk or Uber to the ferry. Spend 1.5 hrs on lines to park and each parking area closed while online (the attendants directed us to the other lines but they should have just told us to go to the station to start because there was no way we were getting parking) needless to say we did not make our ferry, ended up throwing...
