I am not a person who generally leaves testimonials, but when I have an experience that demonstrates such excellence and care, I am compelled to share it with the community I believe would benefit and have an interest.

I live in St Louis, MO, but I have owned a home in Ocean Beach for 34 blissful years. Each year has been unique; sometimes our family using the house for the season, other years having seasonal, monthly, weekly renters.

In the last 3-4 years the home was rented for the entire season by the same family. But this year that family decided to travel abroad instead of coming to Fire Island. That brought our house back on the market as a monthly rental property.
