I had a Global Commercial Door Closer installed by Sayville Custom Mirrors on August 13,2013 and the manufacturer,on their website has warrantied the product for 15 years. I was having issues with the door closer and called Sayville Custom Mirrors about it. I was told that it will cost me $225 to install a new one. When I asked about the manufacturers warranty I was told that they do not know anything about it and will have to install a new door closer and that will be $225.
