Worst experience I have had at Shed thus far. We brought my boyfriends mom here today to experience what we love about shed and it turned sour. We were first told we have to wait 40 minutes so we said okay we’ll drink at the bar. We were taken care of by JT and Dylan the best bartenders!! To then notice 40 mins have passed us by and no one had texted me. I go over to the incompetent girls at the front door to be told I cancelled a reservation I never placed because they don’t even accept reservation. I explained to these girls that I never received a text stating our table was ready, I said now are you going to seat us, they say absolutely. I go finish my tab at the bar to be taken to one of the tables where we weren’t taken care of for 15 mins. I had to ask if someone was going to take care of us and then our snarky waitress Julia S said yeah I’ll be with you in a second. Like maybe you shouldn’t have been at the bar chilling the whole time. Then comes over to us takes our order to only mess up our orders. My pancakes that were not supposed to have any berries whatsoever came with the works. My boyfriends moms eggs were way to hard to even eat and enjoy, even tho we asked for medium eggs. I am very disappointed with the service we received here today. We deserve better after all the previous visits. Anyone spending money at your business should be treated with the upmost respect. Julia S is a disrespectful waitress, who doesn’t pay attention to her customers whatsoever. She should not be part of such a great environment. Not only her, but your front girls need to be addressed. It’s extremely inappropriate behavior for a place that doesn’t accept reservations to tell me I cancelled it. When a friend suggested 'The Shed' for dinner, I envisioned, well, a shed, not this georgious restaurant. First we were greeted at the door. Next, we were offered a seat with a view. Then, our waiter took our drink order on his hand-held gizmo. This technology is used in Europe, and it allowed him to read each draft beer selection. Our drinks arrived quickly, and when our waiter took our food order, it went from his hand to the kitchen before he left out table.

The Glazed Salmon was perfectly prepared, as was my beet salad. Both dishes were delicious and not only pleasant to the pallet but to the eye. My partner commented she expected to taste the caraway seeds in the sauce, which our waiter served on the side without being asked. Upon hearing the comment, he returned to our table with a small cup of caraway seeds. For desert, he read from his device, and finally, he processed our credit card standing at the table. No waiting as your card disappears and returns later. At no time were we rushed or pressured to place our order. Our water glasses were kept full, and the restrooms and restaurant were clean. During the summer, I'm told they set up tables outside in front of the restaurant. This area is elevated well above the street noise.

My boyfriend and I come here occasionally for a nice dinner date, it has become my favorite place to go to!

The atmosphere is very clean, very well set up, and the tables are very clean and organized! I’ve sat both indoors and outdoors, which I highly recommend both!

The staff are very friendly, informative, and super helpful!!! Last time, the waitress recommended us the buttermilk biscuits! Which my boyfriend and I figured we should have it a try, once it came out we were amazed by how huge the biscuits were!!! I have personally never seen biscuits that big before, and it came with a side of berry jam which was absolutely phenomenal! The biscuits were so soft, fluffy, and had amazing flavor!

As for the entrees, we usually get our usual order. My boyfriend got the Smoke Burger, and I got the Shed burger, which they were both absolutely outstanding and delicious!!! The meat was very tender, and it was very fresh! We also had a side of fries to share since it was plenty, and the sauce that came with it was probably the best thing I’ve ever had! I definitely wish I had it with the burger since it would have been perfect!

Overall, I highly recommend this place as it’s my favorite place to go to for some good burgers or for a quick lunch or a nice...
