My boyfriend and I came here for a breakfast date since we wanted to try out a new place!
The staff was very friendly, and they were very informative, and helpful when it came to ordering! The atmosphere was very modern, and had a nice aesthetic to it so it’s excellent for social media pictures, or for food blog posts!
The tables were very clean, and the bathrooms were very clean and had a very cool design, it’s amazing how clean and different the place is as I used to go here previously when it was a diner!
Anyhow, let’s get started on our meals so my boyfriend got the Fried Chicken Belgian Waffle with a side of loaded home fries and hollandaise sauce. He said he really enjoyed the meal, although he wished the waffles had more syrup to go with it and butter. However, the loaded home fries were beyond phenomenal! I highly recommend on getting this!
I got the BEC sandwich, it’s bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant with a side of home fries which was absolutely amazing! I’d definitely get this again, as the croissant was so soft and buttery that it just melts in your mouth. I highly recommend on getting this as well, and the size portions are really good!
Overall, I recommend this place for a good breakfast or brunch whether it’s dining in or takeout! I’ve ordered takeout from this place on doordash, and it’s never failed to disappoint me! I also recommend on getting the Mozzarella Avocado Toast and the Bruschetta Avocado Toast as they are both absolutely...
Read moreThis was one of the worst breakfast experiences I’ve had in a while. We went for a birthday breakfast for someone in my group. The place was not very busy with many open tables. I ordered a hot tea and waited a while. After Tiffany took our order, she never came back so I couldn’t ask for the drink again. Our meal came out and was on the table for five minutes before she came over. I told her politely to cancel the tea because we were already eating and I was fine with a water. She told me she could go get it and that “it’s just hot water.” I explained that by the time it would come out and cool enough, we would be leaving. She never offered an apology or anything, just made me, the customer, uncomfortable. If it was “just hot water” then it should have come out fifteen minutes earlier instead of her backpedaling and making me feel like I was the one who did something wrong. I was nothing but polite because I work in the service industry as well.
Another person in my group had ordered a meal but the server (not our waitress) brought out a completely different meal. The person in my group had to wait ten more minutes for their meal to come out. A few people in my group got fries and they were rubbery and tasted reheated. It was just not appetizing for what I paid for it.
I will not be going to this location ever again. Very...
Read moreI was a little hesitant at first, considering this is only the second weekend this place has been open and new places usually have issues for the first few weeks but this establishment outperforms some of the most expensive restaurants in the Tri-State area. When I walked in the door it was packed and they said there was a 30 mins wait, but they didn't make me wait and they told me there was counter space available. So I took the two seats and waited for the server. Once the server came in about 3 mins, they were friendly, punctual and even accommodated my request for a chocolate shake despite it not being on the menu. They even offered a water after they brought the shake which I haven't seen done in a restaurant yet. The food came out promptly in about 13 mins and it came out nice and hot and tasted completely fresh. The pancakes I got were something i've never tasted before, very fresh and well made buttermilk pancakes. This place was also cheaper then the Oconee diner and the food is 100x better here. Will be coming back and telling my friends and family about this place it's better than some of the steakhouses i've dined...
