While I received what I order (a tent, tables, chairs, bounce house) in a timely manner, and they were up to my expectations; the customer service is lacking. The guys who came to deliver came with a chip on their shoulders; just plain out rude, getting annoyed with me and disagreeing when I told them I wanted the tent further back (it wasn't even set up yet when I told them-so no extra work for them). I understand they have delivers to make and want to keep things going, but I felt rushed and disrespected at my own house. I had to call the office to understand when the bounce house would be taken, as I didn't realize it wasn't an overnight thing. When the guy told me if it rains, I'd have to call immediately for them to pick it up, I inquired if it drizzled a little, did I need to immediately call. His response was so condescending, telling me, "drizzle is water falling from the sky, so yes, that would be rain and I'd have to call." I just can't believe this is how they speak to and treat customers. Honestly, I would never use them again due to their service. The products are good...but being nice goes a long way!

Your speedy communication is much appreciated and I can believe most of what comes our of your mouth-or keyboard-eye roll. Half of what you say is true...the other half untrue...but maybe that's what happens after six months....stories change. Your defensiveness, tone, and attempt to throw me under the bus via social media is truly unprofessional- which is now why I move you from 2 stars to 1 stars. No wonder your workers acted in such a manner---their leader is such a poor role model. You are doing a wonderful job in demonstrating to future customers here how you will deal with them in case an issue arises! Extra points for the dictionary definition of rain!! I'm actually offering a class on business etiquette-one of the most important of running a business. If you're not interested-anything you type from this point forward will be ignore and I hope you can take this experience and grow from it. My initial call was handled appropriately and I received general pricing. When I called back several days later to book, Abe was unable to take my call because he was driving the van. I completely understand this and when I was asked to call back or send an email I was happy to do so. I sent an email immediately. It was a Friday afternoon. The issue slipped my mind until the following Tuesday at 7pm and I called him again (although it was expected he would have returned my call at his convenience after the email reminder). Abe asked why was I calling him at 7pm because he wasn't in the office; but he did ask that I call him back at 9pm the same evening because then he WOULD BE in the office (My telepathic skills must not have been working properly that day). I set my phone alarm so I would not forget and called him by 9:10. He did not answer and I left another message. The following morning, I called him again. He again made me feel as if I was bothering him and he stated he was again driving the van. He said he would call me back within the hour. He obviously didn't call back, he never responded to my initial email or returned a phone call. I gave up - and then contacted other companies that were happy for my business. I was a repeat customer and a little courtesy or a simple statement that he would not be able to accommodate me this year was all that was necessary.
