I came into my appointment with the highest expectations. I enjoy supporting small business. I initially called the shop and inquired if they do beard trims with clippers or scissors. The response provided was that they do both. Upon hearing this, it provided with confidence that this is a legit barbershop. The gentleman who answered said that he was going to set me up with Brandon. I arrived at the appointment and received my service. At no point were the scissors ever used. I gave the barber the benefit of the doubt that I would have a sharp beard at the conclusion of my service. Despite me giving specific instructions it was disregarded. I called out the imperfections and the barber made the adjustments bitterly. Additionally, their website states $25 for beard trim and I was charged $30. To top it off, you know the real moment of truth is when you look in your bathroom mirror and see the work. There's a bunch of uneven cuts. And for the price that I was charged this trim should've been flawless. This was severely disappointing and it goes without saying that I won't be returning nor would I...

If you like teen drama this is the place for you. I waited for over 30 min and watched 1 hairstylist guess at a customers hair and state he'd only cut hair 5 times before. Then the leading Stylist berated his terrible work and spent 15 min "fixing" it. The third stylist left in the middle of a hair cut to go take an important call. And just as I was about to leave the receptionist apologized and asked me to stay. I agreed. The receptionist then told the Lead Stylist that he was leaving. The Lead told me to wait a moment and then he walked outside and began chatting with the receptionist and they smoked a cigarette for several minutes. I realized that they were not coming in any time soon and that I was wasting my time. If you are over the age of 22 this is probably the not the place for you. my first time coming here and im highly disappointed. I went in for a basic cut and beard trim, the session felt rushed even after calling in my appointment hours in advance. My hair and beard had blotches of uneven hair, my hair line in the back of my head was pushed way up and crooked, horrible! didn't notice since my barber never even showed me the back of my head with a mirror. My beard was totally uneven and didn't match on either end going down my side burns, I had to try to fix the job at home and get my wife to line up the back of my hair line. My beard was unfixable horrible experience and will never return. For 30 dollars and a tip I would of expected better. Don't go here and if you must don't go to Marco and fyi no social distancing rules are followed here no chair dividers and the barbers don't wear masks either....
