I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience at West Main Jewelers. I came in feeling embarrassed and a little nervous. I had a ring stuck on my finger for over 20 years,.and it was time to have it cut off. Matt was so kind, understanding and professional. He made me feel completely at ease, handled everything gently and with care, and to my surprise,.there was no charge. I left not only relieved, but genuinely grateful.

Later, I returned with that same ring to have it transformed into a custom necklace for myself, that I would someday hand down to my granddaughter. The diamond holds so much sentimental value, and Matt treated it with the respect and craftsmanship it deserved. The result was stunning! Something truly special that can now be passed down.

Was more than worth the fair price he charges for his service, because after all you're paying for the years of experience, not the minutes taken to be that skilled and precise.
