I am very disappointed with the way this facility is managed. From the start, I experienced extremely poor communication regarding my grandmother’s care. I was given misleading and incomplete information and felt like I was constantly being given the runaround instead of clear answers.

It also seems that the director and nursing staff pick and choose who they want in the facility, rather than treating all families with fairness, respect, and transparency. Families place their trust in facilities like this to care for their loved ones, and it is unacceptable for staff to control or manipulate situations involving people’s parents or grandparents.

The lack of honesty and professionalism I experienced has left me with serious concerns about how this place operates. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who wants their loved one to be treated with compassion, respect, and open communication.
