Wagon Wheels Deli — Restaurant in Town of Lloyd

First time ordering from here was in person, they didn't have roast beef for the sandwich I wanted. My wife looked at their website and when placing the order they no longer did the special that was advertised at the time.

2nd time I ordered delivery through doordash and my wife ordered a "combination in a basket" - as described being "A melody of fried favorites including chicken tenders, fried pierogies, mac & cheese nuggets, broccoli bites, fried pickles, typically served together for a varied taste experience." She recieved none of these items, but instead recieved fried shrimp, some sort of fish patties, some other kind of fried sea food bits, over fries. My wife does not eat any seafood whatsoever, so I gave her half of my sub sandwich.... which was the saddest bit of chicken salad I've ever tasted. We're talking tasteless with only mayo, huge chunks of chicken, and the smallest amount of celery and maybe onion. The best element of my dinner was the lettuce on my sandwich, which was at least as expected with a decent crunch.

I hate being that guy, but I will not be coming back here again. So disappointing since I pretty much pass this place every day going...

Went there this morning to get a breakfast sandwich for my husband not only did I not get the breakfast sandwich but I got charged for three sandwiches when I only ordered two and instead of getting the bacon egg and cheese that I ordered I got a bagel with butter. My husband went back there to get this whole situation straightened out and Mike the owner was very rude to him did not want to give him the sandwich or even hear him out. Finally his wife decided to give my husband a replacement sandwich an Italian combo my husband ate one half of the sandwich and the other half of the sandwich had black short hair on it... Very disgusting I haven't been to this place in years and will never go back it was a last-minute decision to get a quick breakfast for my husband before work and a total nightmare I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this place. I come here very rarely but when I do it's always an obnoxious experience. The food is mediocre and the service is crap. It's one of those delis that is close to the tight knit neighborhood and all outsiders will be snubbed. There's no hello how you doing how can I help you. I shouldn't have to go into your establishment and greet you the owners are rude and there employees are rude. I honestly go in there just to see if they will be rude it's actually kinda funny. I don't know if it has to do with my skin tone or what but these people are jerks. Food there looks old and shriveled up.
