Main Moon — Restaurant in Town of Lloyd

This was the first time I went to Main Moon in the Hannaford plaza in Highland New York. I wasn’t even sure they were open because all of the lights on their business sign were burned out except one letter.

I was skeptical to even go in and now I know why. Never again!!!

The woman at the counter was Rude. After ordering, I find out they are they are CASH only, but conveniently they have an ATM next to the counter, which will charge me a $3 fee they make money on plus the bank fee.

Beware!! They do not take debit/credit cards!!!

This is the first and last time I will ever get food from this awful place. To make matters even worse the food was absolutely disgusting. The noodles were mushy and the food was cold. It’s painfully obvious I made a huge mistake ordering from here. Go...

Ordered a bunch of food over the phone. My husband picked it up and came home to find I was given a quart of chicken and broccoli instead of s&s chicken. I called to let them know and the lady said they could give me the correct item and return the other. I said it should be given free for the mess up and having to drive back there. The lady said she doesn't know who made the mistake me or the guy taking the order so she can't do it for free. I told her this is not good costumer service and I will let oyher know. Then she said she could do half price. She kept saying thats the best she can do is half price for that item. I think that's rediculous! The food is horrible, general chicken had a plastic taste, ribs were rubbery and tasteless. Combos DO NOT come with an eggroll, instead it comes with a small, rubbery spring roll. Also, it's a "cash" or "Check" only business, who the hell carries checks on them anymore?? They have an ATM right next to their register and i noticed it was owned by them, it has the main moon name on the screen when you proceed to get cash. There's a $2.50 charge to get my money to buy their food. So they scam you $2.50 right before you buy their food if you dont carry cash. I do not recommend wasting your money here, food is horrendous and they nickle and dime you all the way...
