Walgreens — Local services in Town of Lloyd

Unfortunately, The majority of the Pharmacy department is extremely rude, and try to comment on things they know nothing about. One of the store managers (female) also extremely rude. The older lady on register is helpful and nice. There is one gentleman who i believe is also a manager and works register who is amazing. The best employee they have by far!!! He is ALWAYS extremely kind, always pleasant and always goes out of his way to help!! Honestly, if not for him and the other lady behind the counter, and the fact thats its the only recognized pharmacy near me, i would have stopped going there long ago. Zaya the pharmacy manager spent a lot of time researching and helping me to make sure I received the exact medication from the correct manufacturer that I need. Zaya really cares about the customers and checked on the availability of the medication for me everyday! Due to Zaya's detailed care and research I now have the medicine I need. Ashley the pharmacist also contributed to the excellent customer service I received at Walgreens in Highland. I am so thankful to the pharmacy and staff and thank God for them. Went to pick up my prescription on a Saturday only to find that the pharmacy isn’t open on a Saturday!??? Fortunately for me, I can survive the additional two days, but what about someone who can’t? It seems that this pharmacy does not care about it’s customers. I would advise choosing a different place to pick up medications, I know I will. Additionally, the hours are so limited that it isn’t helpful for those with limited schedules. Do better or put a drugstore who will actually have what people need.
