Unethical sales practices. Sold me a chair in April. After 3 phone calls & 1 store visit they were still unable to tell me when it would arrive & refused to call manufacturer to inquire as to when it might ship. Promised it would arrive by end of June, then end of July, then as soon as it was upholstered & boxed...now, in August, it sits in a box somewhere, indefinitely. They were very nice until I finally lost patience & asked that they call they manufacturer. Then they insisted I cancel the order even though I had already stated 3 times I really wanted the chair & did not want to cancel - just wanted what I was already paying for.
