DO NOT GO HERE WHATEVER YOU DO!!
I have NEVER been treated so poorly. I am absolutely appalled at the customer service here. Horrible business practice, dishonest, defensive. I got completely conned by these people.
They quoted me $99 to replace my hard drive, and ended up charging me $235 because they didn't include labor in the price quote they gave me. Apple quoted me 150 for the same service. If I knew I was going to end up paying over double, I would have just put it towards a new computer instead of fixing one that was already 4 years old. But more than the fact that they bamboozled me into paying over double what they told me it would cost, they were the rudest, most unprofessional, defensive people I have ever talked to. They acted like I was a liar and a crazy person.
Not only was my computer not done on time for me to take home with me, I received it 2 weeks after they said I would (I live in NYC and took it to them while I was visiting my parents), and then they tried to charge me for the shipping. They took 2 1/2 weeks to complete a service that Apple said would take an hour, and they never apologized, never took ownership for anything they may have done wrong, and treated me like I was a fool.
They bulldozed everything I tried to say, and bamboozled me into giving them my credit card number.
I am COMPLETELY appalled by everything about this place. I was nothing but nice when I talked to them each time and I was consistently treated like I was a second class citizen. They never took ANY ownership for anything done wrong on their end, and acted like I was crazy the entire time. I have NEVER been treated this way when dealing with any kind of business. I was met with nothing but dishonesty and hostility from this establishment. I am appalled at their business practice, and honestly I am shocked they’re still in business when they treat people this way. It’s almost as if no one ever questions the price they’re given if it’s more than they were quoted, and when I questioned it they were nothing but defensive and rude. I will tell anyone and everyone not to go to these people, they are con artists, and they are a disgrace to small business owners everywhere.
Lesson I learned from all of this, I will never again accept a service without getting an official bill before the service has begun. Since I still ended up giving my credit card to them like an idiot and paid over double what I was quoted, I just want to make sure that this doesn’t happen to...

Kathy has always been very accommodating and Dan has provided very efficient and technical expertise in solving my problems. Not to be forgotten is Sean who also responded very quickly to a spam problem that he identified and provided a solution to rectify these annoying ads. Thanks to Express Computer Service personnel for being highly knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. They are truly the "BEST OF THE BEST"!!! The BEST OF THE BEST just keeps performing beyond expectations!! On Memorial Day 2025, I had an emergency situation and was under duress to contact 3 doctor and hospital appointments scheduled within the following days. Unfortunately, I was unable to email them my appointment cancellations due to my laptop being disabled by a non-functioning mouse. News Flash!! I was very fortunate to contact "DAN THE MAN" at Express Computer Services and he was successful in correcting my problem on-line within a few minutes! Needless to say, without Dan's expertise I would have been charged multiple fees for non-cancellation of my appointments! Read moreExcellent service. I brought my Mac in on a Saturday morning and Michael could not have been more helpful. Initially, I was worried that it was beyond repair. After I let him know what was wrong, he explained some options he could try and felt the problem could be remedied. Within hours he called me to let me know he fixed the issue and I could come pick it up! When I arrived he talked me through what he did and my next steps to get it back to my original set up in a way that made sense. No data was lost. I'm beyond thrilled with the results and the way I was treated. I recommend them to anyone who needs help with their computer. I will definitely use their service again...
