Had a very enjoyable experience during my visit to Salt City Coffee. The two staff behind the counter got rushed with food and drink orders pretty good right after I ordered, but they handled it pretty well. The bagel sandwich on an everything with bacon, egg and cheese was very good. I ordered the Valencia cold brew. I thought it was very good, but that was my first time ever trying it. For a small cafe, they did pretty good with the small space inside, there are small tables outside as well, and plenty of parking (on Sunday)

I want to give this place 5 stars, but it just isn’t what it used to be. When it was Soleil, the owners and staff were extremely friendly and personable, now I barely get a smile. I love Salt City coffee, so I will probably go to their location on Salina St next time for better service. The food is the same as when it was Soleil and still good, so that’s a plus I suppose!

Great coffee show. They use Peaks coffee for their brews and other coffee drinks and do a good job making the coffee. They also have teas and other non coffee drinks. If you want some breakfast stop in and have some waffles! Staff is friendly come here for a quiet afternoon coffee or breakfast.

This was nice clean little Cafe. I met a friend for coffee here. I got the cappuccino, and my friend got a hot chocolate. He asked the staff what doesn't taste like coffee because he hates coffee. We met here on his suggestion. Weirdo. I suppose he was actually just being thoughtful suggesting it because he knew I liked coffee. I just like calling him a weirdo.

It was simple and clean and the staff was really nice. Unfortunately the contraption they use to toast the marshmallows on the got chocolate was not working so my friend had to eat raw marshmallows. Haha...

Nice place. Reasonable pricing and good coffee...

I recently visited Salt City Coffee and had a fantastic experience. The two young ladies behind the counter provided amazing customer service. They were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. The coffee muffin I ordered was incredible in both taste and texture. It was moist and flavorful, a perfect complement to my coffee. Speaking of which, the coffee they recommended turned out to be amazing. It was strong, just as I had requested, which was much needed after long hours of video editing on only four hours of sleep. I highly recommend Salt City Coffee for their excellent customer service and delicious...

It is a shame how downhill this coffee shop went once it changed to salt city coffee. Soleil cafe was a staple of Fayetteville, NY and this place is mediocre at best. You can tell the staff doesn't want to be there, the atmosphere went from vibrant to dull, and the quality of the drinks evaporated along with its soul. I used to give salt city a try each time I was visiting home, but there is a not a glimmer of hope in there. The mom and pop aspect of "salt city coffee" went out the door - you might as well get a drink from a Starbucks. BRING...
