The term bull and bear market is used to describe the stock market. A bull market is a market that is on the rise and where the conditions of the economy are generally favorable. A bear market exists in an economy that is receding, and most stocks are declining in value.
Trust me when I say this; there is nothing to bear about this place.
My wife and I went here for the first time last night. We parked on the street, so when you enter from that side, make sure you push on the back to the hostess stand.
There was a 25-minute wait, but the wait went by quickly since they had a great bar area with a well-established drink menu. They had your standard beers and some rotating craft beers local to NY.
I had the vanilla porter and flower power which both exceeded my expectations.
Once seated, we had some issues getting the server, but once the problem was identified, it was handled quite well. Which shows a lot of character and grit in how well they can react to a situation.
My wife had a burger, and I had the big bear đ» BBQ. This may have been one of the best BBQ dishes I ever had. You can choose three of five types of meat which include ribs, pulled pork, kielbasa, brisket, and smoked chicken. Remember, you can only choose three, so good luck deciding! Also, it makes me want to go back to try the other meats.
All in all, a great experience represents a bull market in these uncertain and...
Read moreHad a great meat up with the Syracuse Eating Club here!! About 9 or 10 of us met up on Friday at 6:30. The place was busy, but not super over crowded and loud that we could not have a conversation with one another. The menus is large enough to find something everyone can enjoy without being obnoxiously large. I started out with a drink . I asked our waitress to surprise me with something fruity but not overly sweet. She brought me a cranberry Tom Collins. It was perfect!! I had the Beam burger and added bacon. It came out hot, cooked perfectly and was very tasty. The only way to perhaps better it, would be to use a little more of a hearty bun. Toward the end, the bun started to fall apart a bit. I also got the parmagian fries which were quite good. I had a chance to taste the poutine fries. I loved them!! The tacos also looked amazing. I was told they were all good but the beef one was the best. All in all it seemed as though everyone enjoyed their meal, and most importantly we all had a good time! A big part of that was due to our awsome waitress, Morgan!! One of the best I have had!! She is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and a true professional!! I would recommend requesting her for a great dining experience!! I will be back to sample more of the menu...
Read moreVery, very disappointed in the pulled pork sandwiches, Cole slaw etc. My 3 adult daughters & myself arrived at 7:20 pm this past Saturday for dinner. We all shared Poutine so mean as an appetizer, it was ok & came to us in a reasonable amount of time. Three of us ordered the pulled pork sandwich as our meal & it came to the table an hour after our arrival. It was inedible, dried out and literally had crusty pieces of pork. Cole slaw was terrible & also inedible, absolutely no flavor & dry. Loaded salt potatoes were ok, also very dried out though. My other daughter ordered a salad, it was fine (difficult to mess that up in my opinion). Iâll add it wasnât busy. Our service was great, the waitress was wonderful. I did complain about the quality & a gentleman came to the table & did give us a discount. It honestly seemed like he wasnât very concerned about the quality and our experience, like he did this often. Our meal still cost $85 after the discount & was definitely not worth it. I wonât be returning again. Itâs unfortunate as itâs one of the few restaurants in Fayetteville thatâs not a chain. We had great service but, I wouldnât even give the food 1 star, highly...
