Stopped here for gas. Was coming from a job interview in the area and should have gotten gas before leaving home, the gas light was on and I was so grateful to have found a station before running out as there were not many nearby. There was a gentleman outside talking to someone else who was pumping gas and when done he offered to pump my gas as the side I pulled in on had a broken hose (he explained that someone had previously driven off with it in their car). He was so friendly, we chatted while the gas pumped. I explained how close I came to running out of gas and about my interview. Once my tank was full he wished me a good day and said he hoped I get the job. I came to buy a ticket just before it arrived, and the woman working the counter decided that would be a great time to train a younger employee in how to use the bus ticket POS system. This therefore extended and arduous process went on as we saw the bus come and go. They asked for unnecessary information that has in my experience never been required for the purchase of a bus ticket. Overall terrible experience. I've gone to sams many times before for gas and snacks, and the service has always been excellent.
