Please be cautious that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I did not know this until AFTER I cashed out. I bought $43 cool pink colored glasses that alter color around you and make everything look bright and positive around you, but after about 10 minutes of wearing them I became incredibly nauseous and it took a few minutes for my eyes to adjust back to normal color. It also made my own eyesight see everything in GREEN for a few minutes after I took the glasses off.

I went to return them less than an hour after purchase and was told at the bottom of the receipt it says no returns, which I did not even look at in the first place, because you grab and go or they put it in your bag. A nice friendly reminder from the cashier would be great or a large obvious sign right on the counter would be great. I personally don't expect to return crystals and things of the sort, but some things yes. I could of ordered these on the glasses online company store and am able to return them if I bought them from the glass company themselves, but chose to try and support a local business instead. Lesson learned. I'll need to Google and Amazon certain products from PHM from now on to see if I can buy things elsewhere in the event I may need to return something.

The store itself is great and deserves 5 stars, just incredibly disappointed that nothing is returnable and its not clear or obvious for us busy eyes...

Perhaps if you can't return anything due to the issues with cash and card returns, that you can exchange the item for a gift card or store credit for that items price. You'd still get your product back to sell again and that customer keeps returning when they feel like their business means something to your business.

Angel has an amazing resourceful store that I’m thankful is local to me! I have shopped here for many things for the last few years from allergy remedies to psoriasis products and even homemade CBD treats that have helped my aging doggos! The staff is always very knowledgeable and if they don’t know something, they will refer you right to Angel herself and get back to you with an answer! The online store is fantastic as well! She now offers Sezzle which is super handy for needing products sooner than payday! Every time I’ve placed an online order, it’s ready in 3 days or less (given it’s not a holiday rush or special store event). Her products last too! I’ve tried other products that decrease in quality once you open the package or bottle. She’s super great about fixing issues which is great! I had an issue with a roller ball leaking and I brought it in for some tips and tricks , and the ball was replaced and I was even handed a new ball incase it happens again.

Overall her whole store, staff, products and empire she has created is the type of positivity and resource this world needs. Anyone who has anything negative to say has obviously not stepped foot in her door.
