Panda Garden — Restaurant in Town of Moreau

My wife and I are very new to the area and have already ordered from Panda Garden four times. We spend an average of $45.00 every time we order. We have been very happy with the service and the food untill tonight. We ordered the House Special Lo Mein and the shrimp tasted rotten... like spoiled fish. My wife tasted it and then I tasted it. It tasted and smelled rotten. My wife called and told them and ask them to credit us for our next order. They said the shrimp was fresh and that no one else complained today so they were not willing to credit the order. They offered to send us more of the same dish.... yeah, no thanks! They are losing two very regular and friendly customers over $10 and not doing the right thing. UPDATE I called Panda Garden and told them I left a review on google reflecting the situation. They wanted us to freeze the spoiled food and next time we order they would credit us if we gave back the bad Lo Mein. I was on the phone with them for eight minutes arguing our case. I finally got them to agree to send a driver so they could have their spoiled food back and they gave us our money back for the dish. If they had just agreed to do so in the the first place they would not have a bad review and they would not have lost some of the best customers a restaurant could have. We will never order from them agian and hope no one else does either. Now we have to wait and see if we get sick... will...

These guys are great team. They make great food. I come here a lot and they are very consistent. Good service with a smile. The food is always tasty and made fresh to order.

Very clean and the food is just a notch above the rest- hence one of my friends make it a point to stop there every time he's in town. They cook with less grease and their food tastes noticeably better. Their spring rolls are packed full of deliciousness, they have arguably the best crab rangoons in town - that's coming from a rangoon snob. Seriously, its good stuff -- and the rangoons are always so hot and fresh - stuffed with a yummy mixture of fresh garlic, creamy cream cheese and crab w/ green onions, and they fry the wonton skins are crispy enough to be perfect. Best to get them while they are HOT!

The store was clean appearance wise and orderly staff was very friendly, however there is a sewage/chemical smell walking in the restaurant not sure if it’s because they are having a issue or because they are attached to a nail salon. We ordered a large generals tso chicken good spice level okay flavor but the bread to chicken ratio is high bread side gives you crisp still but almost no protein, large shrimp lo mein had a decent amount of shrimp in it taste was good on them noodles were good negative was the soy sauce was burned during the stir fry so bitter taste, large pork fried rice pork was good, fresh chopped onions, peas a plus however the rice was stuck in balls together and broken down a lot pasty and grey in color.
