North Country Computer — Local services in Town of Moreau

These guys really know their stuff, and offer a lot of knowledge and advice. When I contacted my computer's manufacturer I was on hold for about 20 minutes and got a generic answer I took about 5 minutes to find on google. The manufacturer told me they offered replacements for around $800.00 for the part I needed. I instantly looked for someone else and found these guys at North Country Computer. They took a look at the laptop, and spent a few days looking for an alternative to the full replacement suggested by the manufacturer. They knew what they were looking for, answered my questions with a deep-rooted knowledge from experience instead of generic google tidbits, and came up with a game-plan, backup plan, continued advice when I called and asked questions at no extra charge, and did so for a fifth the price the manufacturer offered, complete with a discount for using cash. I haven't ever felt like I've worked with a more transparent business before, with no extra cash-grabbing attempts, and they're gonna be my go-to computer shop for life because of it.

I have worked with NCC for 4 years now. I find them to be excellent in every way, from their work, to their website design and maintenance, to their security practices and advice. They have helped my company in so many ways that were beyond the call of duty, I do not hesitate to recommend them. They have always been responsive and professional.
