I had a lovely experience here a few weeks ago, having my 6 month old daughter’s ears pierced. I reached out to Sarah a week before our appointment. She was very responsive and amicable, before, during, and even after the appointment. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome on the day of the appointment by even preparing some toys and coloring materials for my older child who was tagging along. The piercer was extremely professional, patient, and great with kids! The whole experience was like getting ears pierced with friends! The jewelry selection was also wonderful!
