Four weeks ago when my friend knew I was gonna visit he was really excited to let me know about this store and what a super friendly and knowledgeable person the owner was. As a result I couldn't wait to see the store and make some purchases for my wife, and converse with the owner. However, when I did get there, not a single customer was in there and when I asked the one guy who was working there for help he acted like I was bothering him and was indifferent about what I was looking for. His female associate barely acknowledged our presence. I later found out this was not the owner, thankfully. The place also has no fitting room to try anything on, and instead the guy tells my wife, "well don't you know your size?" Well, guy, that is neither here nor there. Just because you know your size doesn't mean it's always gonna fit, especially with leather clothing. So basically after looking at a couple of pairs of pants my wife passed because she couldn't be 100 percent about the fit. Liars' shop! They do not say that there is no return of goods, only exchange within 7 days. They put up signs but if a person can't see or can't read English, They don't say no refund until you pay! I wanted to contact the supervisor or the owner, but the saleswoman did not give contact information and refused to contact the owner when asked to connect! I wanted a different model of jacket that they don’t have, they mainly sell clothes for bikers. They told me that I could change the model as I wanted, but they did not allow me to see the person in charge.
